System Overview

Scrapers are used to move or remove earth layers from the ground to prepare sites for projects, and it is often used for road work, mine site preparation, and construction earthworks.

Scrapers can be self-propelled or towed by other equipment such as tractors. They operate by dropping a horizontal blade at the bottom, and the scraper blades into the deep soil.

Significantly outwear standard cutting edges, the common set up for most scraper applications. Provides good penetration and efficient flow of elevated material into the belly.

Serrated Style

Suitable for extremely harsh operating conditions.

Offers better penetration, and allows the machine to go further in depth.

 

Router Edge
Router Edge

Extend the blade operating area and commonly used for clean-up work, reducing windrows by keeping more of the material in front of the cutting edge.

Offer further protection for the bottom edge of the scraper bowl.

TCO Scraper Style

Used in extremely abrasive conditions to maximize the productivity of the scraping application. Engineered to add an additional effective protection layer to drastically improve wear life.
